The one-hour placement allowance is help arranging items you have already selected. It is separate from installation labor and is not the total job time. Extra sorting or organizing and unusual access are quoted separately.

Scope details

Storage & organization questions
Can you install storage without doing a cleanout?
Yes, where the work area and access are suitable. Choose Storage installation only when you request a quote.
Is junk removal included in the storage packages?
No. Cleanout, hauling and disposal are quoted separately and shown alongside the storage and any upgrades in your written quote.
Do I have to sort everything first?
You decide what stays and what leaves. Sorting help can be scoped separately. Packages include limited arrangement of belongings you have already selected, not extensive sorting.
Can you use my existing bins or shelves?
We can review their fit and condition. Standard packages use the matched components listed for each package.
Can you install storage in a basement?
Yes, when the space is suitable. We check access, clearances and site conditions first. Storage installation is not waterproofing and does not keep a basement dry.
Can you set up a business supply room?
Yes, for ordinary supplies, with storage selected for the intended loads and access. This is not industrial or pallet racking.
Will you donate items I no longer want?
Only where a receiving organization accepts the items and their condition. We agree how declined items are handled before hauling, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
Do you install storage in winter?
Indoor storage jobs can be scheduled when access and conditions are suitable. Timing is confirmed for each job.
What changes the price?
Product quantities, access, mounting and preparation, removal, and any sorting or organizing. Your written quote sets the final scope and price before work starts.
