Junk removal without the runaround.
Point out what needs to go and Iron Elk handles the plan, loading, hauling and cleanup. We quote single items, partial loads and full-property removals from photos whenever the scope is clear.

Job at a glance
Work included
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, household items, renovation debris, outdoor clutter and larger cleanouts carried out, loaded and hauled. Anything that stays is marked before loading, and item-specific conditions are confirmed in the quote.
Access and preparation
Note whether items are inside or already accessible, and any stairs, gates, doorways or tight routes on the way out.
What shapes the quote
Load volume (how much of the trailer it fills), labor and access, travel and disposal, plus any item-specific fee. The confirmed written quote sets these out before loading begins, and the price you approve is the invoice.
Keeping some of what is left? Installed shelving, bins and wall storage can be quoted with the removal.

What the work can look like

From one item to a full property
A couch, refrigerator or mattress does not need the same crew or schedule as an estate, rental turnover or hoarding cleanout. Send the whole scope once and we will review it as one request.
Keep, donate, recycle or dispose
Tell us what must stay before the work begins. Donation acceptance depends on the receiving organization, and recycling or disposal rules depend on the material and facility.
What we cannot take
Paint, chemicals, fuel, compressed cylinders, liquids and other hazardous materials require separate handling. Send photos of questionable items before the appointment so there are no surprises on site.
Planning the job
Choose the help that fits how you are clearing
- Junk removal is useful when the items are identified and the main job is carrying, loading and taking them away.
- Iron Elk can review a request that includes inside carries, a separately loaded container or additional property work.
Separate loose items from work still attached
- A pile ready to leave is different from cabinets fixed to a wall, equipment connected to utilities or a structure that must first be taken apart.
- That also applies to possessions that need access work.
Make the final selection before loading
- For a mixed room, a simple marked list can prevent confusion.
- Where similar boxes contain different things, label the retained boxes clearly rather than relying on their position in the room.
- If another person will provide access, give them the same removal list and identify who can approve a change.
- This matters when someone adds an item, discovers belongings inside furniture or decides to retain something already included in the quote.
- Before the job closes, review the agreed areas and any material intentionally left behind.

Junk removal by town
Frequently asked questions
How do you price junk removal?
By the scope of the load: how much of the trailer it fills, plus labor, access, travel and disposal. Send the details, text or email photos, and the quote usually comes back the same business day. The price you approve before we start is the invoice.
Is a full house too much?
No. Whole-house loads run through cleanouts with the same crew, and one call routes it right.
Do you take a single item?
One couch or one fridge is fine. Text a photo, and the price usually comes back the same business day.
