How the rental works

Size

20-foot and 40-foot containers, subject to availability, chosen around what needs to stay accessible.

Contents & access

Permitted stored contents and usable door access are confirmed; contents restrictions apply.

Placement

A firm, level spot with a clear delivery route for the truck and container.

Rental period

The rental period and collection timing are set in the written scope; an inquiry is not a confirmed booking until Iron Elk confirms.

Request Availability & Pricing

Storage-container pricing depends on size, rental period, delivery distance, site access, surface condition and pickup timing. Send the address and a placement photo to start.

Plan the placement

The delivery path, overhead clearance, turning room, grade and surface must support the container and delivery equipment.

Use it for the right material

Storage containers are for dry, permitted contents. Hazardous, leaking, illegal or excessively heavy material is not accepted.

Coordinated with the project

Storage can be scheduled alongside cleanouts, renovations, roofing, restoration or site work when the timelines overlap.

Planning the job

Choose space around what you need to keep accessible

  • Temporary storage is useful when belongings need to stay near a project while the room or building that normally holds them is unavailable.
  • A load that can remain untouched until the project ends is different from one accessed throughout the rental.
  • Think about the largest items first, then the smaller items that need regular access.

Separate storage from the cleanout

  • A project can produce three different groups at once: belongings to keep, items to move elsewhere and material ready for removal.
  • Keeping those decisions separate helps prevent useful rental space from becoming a holding area for things that will eventually be discarded.
  • If a cleanout or debris service is also part of the work, its timing can be coordinated with storage delivery so retained belongings and outgoing material follow separate paths.

Keep the container useful through the final phase

  • Placement needs to work for more than the delivery itself.
  • The doors need usable space, and the route to the container should remain practical while vehicles, materials or other equipment move around the project.
  • Contents may need to move back in before the container can be collected, and that unloading can take place after the main contractor leaves.
  • The result is storage that supports the full transition, from clearing the original space to putting the retained belongings where they belong.

Conditions to keep in view

  • Confirm the rental period and any extension arrangements around that sequence.
