Storage & organization

Keeping part of the contents?

Add installed shelving, bins or wall storage for the items staying at the property. We can quote the cleanout and storage together.

Service examples

What the work can look like

Emptied two-car garage with a bare concrete floor.
Storage unit empty after contents removal, with its worn concrete floor retained.

A clear sorting plan

Identify keepsakes, documents, sale items and restricted materials first. The team completing the job follows the approved keep, donate and dispose plan.

Built for remote decision-makers

Executors, owners and property managers can request progress or completion photos when they cannot be on site.

Ready for the next step

The goal is not merely to remove contents. We leave the agreed work areas broom-clean and ready for listing, turnover, repair or the next trade.

Planning the job

Define the areas.

  • List the rooms and other spaces included now, what stays, and where retained or sale items will wait.
  • Identify closets, storage rooms, porches, sheds and outdoor piles separately when needed.

Choose one clearance or staged work.

  • Plan around family collections, occupied areas or contractor inspections.
  • Name one authorized contact who can decide about uncertain items; photos do not replace that decision.

Define the handoff.

  • Loose contents removal is different from removing installed cabinets, flooring or fixtures; request each separately.
  • Cleaning, maintenance, repairs and inspections remain separate unless included.
  • Identify the agreed cleanup, next use and areas to show in requested completion photos.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you clear a house?

Most houses clear in a day or two once the price is approved, and we set the date in the same reply.

What happens to furniture that's still good?

Furniture may be offered for donation when a receiving organization accepts it. Acceptance depends on condition, current demand and that organization’s requirements. Identify what may be disposed of if declined and what needs another decision. Any receipt the organization supplies can be passed on; acceptance and receipts are not guaranteed by the pickup service.

Do I need to be there?

No. A key or a code works, and you get photos of the empty rooms when we lock up.
