Container rates are published starting prices for the trailer, the rental period and the disposal basis. Permanent lighting, gutter cleaning and guards, and the storage packages also have published starting prices. Every other line is quoted against the scope you send, and the number you approve is the number invoiced.
HOW WE PRICE IT
Three ways to get a number.

Photos
Most jobs are priced from photos, without anyone coming out. Send a few pictures with the address and the service, and the quote usually comes back the same business day.
- 02
Video walkthrough
When the pile is deep, the access is tight or the photos cannot show the whole scope, a short video walkthrough usually settles it.
- 03
On-site visit
Some jobs need an on-site visit: structural demolition, anything involving utilities, permits or engineered work, large land and site work, and any job where the finished condition has to be agreed in person.
Iron Elk tells you which of the three your job needs when you send it, not after.
What sets the price, by service
Dumpster rental
Dumpster pricing is based on the container, rental period, material, weight, disposal and delivery location. Your quote identifies the container, the rental window, the disposal basis and any prohibited material.
Junk removal and cleanouts
Quoted by volume, labor, access, sorting, material, travel and disposal.
Demolition and removal
Quoted by structure, access, utilities, permits, equipment, material and finish condition.
Hauling
Quoted by load, weight, distance, loading, equipment and destination.
Land, tree and site work
Quoted after reviewing site conditions, access, risk, equipment, material and the desired result. Downed-tree, standing-tree, stump and site-work scopes are separated clearly before scheduling.
Snow removal
Quoted by property, coverage and service plan. Deicing may be requested alone or with plowing, subject to route availability.
Portable toilets and storage containers
Quoted by unit, quantity, delivery, duration, service frequency and access.
Permanent lighting
$32 per foot installed for qualifying roofline coverage, measured on site along the gable edges, eaves, entrance canopy and garage edge; $28 per foot for the first 10 homes to book this season (a $4-per-foot, 12.5% saving; eligibility confirmed when you book). +$3 per foot for qualifying second-story, steep-pitch, dormer or hard-to-reach footage, charged once per foot; $1,500 installation minimum. Qualifying footage is confirmed in the written quote. Porch, pergola and patio runs and any custom electrical scope are priced separately in the written quote.
Know your coverage before you book: 1-year Iron Elk service warranty on the installation. Iron Elk’s limited lifetime parts warranty is available to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Lifetime means the documented expected service life of each covered component, not the purchaser’s lifetime. Labor is not included in lifetime parts coverage. Written terms come with the quote.
