Local dumpster rental, matched to the job.
Tell us what you are loading, where the container will sit and how long you expect to need it. Iron Elk coordinates delivery, pickup and disposal, then matches the container to the material, access and schedule.

How the rental works
Fit
Size and type are matched to the project, the material and the space available on site.
Loading
You or your contractor load; approved materials and weight limits are confirmed first.
Placement & access
A level, reachable spot for delivery and collection, with any permit or street rules noted.
Request, review, schedule
An inquiry is reviewed and confirmed for the address and dates; it is not a booked reservation until Iron Elk confirms.
Iron Elk provides temporary dumpster rental for household cleanouts, renovation debris, roofing, landscaping and construction projects. Container options, weight limits, placement and timing are confirmed before delivery.
Choose by project, not by container
Start with the work. A small cleanout, roofing job, renovation or heavy-material load can require a different container and disposal plan. We will ask what is going in, how much there is and where the container can sit before recommending an option.
What the quote covers
Your quote identifies delivery, pickup, rental time, weight or disposal charges, prohibited materials and any location-based fee. If the scope changes, we explain the price change before proceeding.
Placement and access
Driveway width, overhead clearance, slope, surface condition, gates and street-placement rules can affect delivery. Send a few photos with the address so we can plan the placement before the truck arrives.

What the work can look like

Planning the job
A place for debris while the project develops
- A temporary dumpster gives a project somewhere to put approved debris as the work progresses.
- You can keep making decisions about what stays without arranging a separate pickup for every newly cleared area.
- If the work also involves moving furniture downstairs, emptying rooms or taking apart something that is still installed, describe that separately.
Arrange the work around the container
Keep the practical loading approach and site access usable as the project develops; the closest possible drop spot is not always the most useful one.
Separate materials that need different handling
- A useful description separates the main debris from the exceptions.
- A property cleanout might be mostly boxes and furniture, with a separate pile of paint or electronics.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a permit?
Share a photo of the proposed placement. Private-driveway and public-right-of-way placements are reviewed separately; local restrictions, property permission and any road-authority approval are confirmed before delivery.
What can't go in?
Keep liquids, chemicals, pressurized containers and unidentified material out of an ordinary dumpster load. Batteries, electronics, tires, refrigerant appliances and other restricted items need a separate handling decision before inclusion. Describe these items in your request and see the Prohibited Items guide so Iron Elk can confirm what is accepted and what needs another approved destination.
How does the dump fee work?
The load gets weighed at the county landfill. You pay $99 a ton for what the ticket says. A light load costs less; nobody pays for tons they didn't dump.
How long can I keep it?
As long as the job runs. The first day rides in the base and each extra day is $99, so the trailer leaves when you're done, not when a rental clock says.
Is there a weight limit?
The published Iron Elk trailer disposal charge is $99 per ton, based on recorded weight. Rental, labor, hauling and any special handling are identified in your written quote. Facility gate fees are separate from Iron Elk service pricing. Confirm approved materials and load limits before loading.
Do you do weekly trash pickup or permanent commercial dumpsters?
No. Temporary project trailers, junk removal, and demolition; when you need a weekly hauler, we point you to one.
