17-Yard Dumpster Rental.
A 17-yard container is suited to larger cleanouts, remodeling debris and bulky household material when the site and load are a good fit.

How the rental works
Fit
Size and type are matched to the project, the material and the space available on site.
Loading
You or your contractor load; approved materials and weight limits are confirmed first.
Placement & access
A level, reachable spot for delivery and collection, with any permit or street rules noted.
Request, review, schedule
An inquiry is reviewed and confirmed for the address and dates; it is not a booked reservation until Iron Elk confirms.
Before we schedule
Iron Elk confirms material, estimated weight, access, placement, rental period and disposal terms before delivery. Heavy or restricted material must be approved first.
What the 17-yard costs
| CHARGE | RATE |
|---|---|
| First rental day, delivered and picked up | $299 |
| Each extra rental day | $99 |
| Disposal, based on recorded weight at the scale | $99 a ton |
These are the published starting rates for the trailer, the rental period and the disposal basis. They are not an all-inclusive price: disposal is billed from the scale ticket, and anything outside the container scope is quoted against the job you send. The number you approve is the number invoiced.

What the work can look like

Planning the job
Bring several parts of the project together
- A 17-yard trailer may be useful when debris comes from more than one room or when bulky items make a smaller container difficult to plan around.
- It may be less useful if one phase finishes well before the next begins.
Extra room needs a loading plan
- More container volume gives you more room to work with, but it does not make every mixture of debris suitable.
- Material from several rooms can also contain items needing separate handling, even when most of the project is ordinary household cleanup.
- Set aside possessions being kept or sold so the container does not become the default destination.

Frequently asked questions
How full can I load it?
Level with the rail. Anything mounded over the top comes off before the trailer moves, because the load has to tarp safe.
How long can I keep it?
As long as the job runs. The first day is in the base and every day after is $99, so you only pay for the days you use.
