Donation Pickup.
Coordinate pickup and delivery of usable items to an organization that accepts them, or combine donation attempts with a broader cleanout.

Job at a glance
Work included
Acceptance and receipts are controlled by the receiving organization and cannot be guaranteed. Items rejected at the destination are handled according to the approved backup plan. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, household items, renovation debris and outdoor clutter carried out, loaded and hauled. Anything that stays is marked before loading; item-specific conditions are confirmed in the quote.
Access and preparation
Note whether items are inside or already accessible, and any stairs, gates, doorways or tight routes on the way out.
What shapes the quote
Load volume (how much of the trailer it fills), labor and access, travel and disposal, plus any item-specific fee. The price you approve before we start is the invoice.

What the work can look like

Planning the job
Describe items as someone else will receive them
- A donation review is easier when the receiving organization can understand what is being offered.
- Show complete furniture sets together, photograph visible wear and explain whether an appliance works.
- A flattering wide photo can leave questions that a closer view would settle.
- Label pieces that belong to the same set so they are not separated during a larger cleanout.
- The plan depends on the actual items offered, and an earlier conversation does not replace the receiving organization's final acceptance decision.
Fit donation into the rest of the clear-out
- A property can contain items for family, items offered for donation and material approved for disposal.
- These destinations should be decided separately even when everything leaves during the same project.
- Make it clear which pieces may be disposed of if declined and which need another decision before anything happens to them.
- Keep your own list of the items released, and request any available receiving-organization paperwork you want passed on.
- Any receipt depends on what that organization supplies; it is not created or guaranteed by the pickup service.
