What the work can look like

Planning the job
Order the material the project actually needs
- “Stone,” “soil” and “mulch” each cover different products.
- If a contractor or supplier has specified a particular material, share that product name rather than relying on a general description or a photograph.
- A quantity described by volume is not automatically the same as a quantity sold by weight.
Choose a drop point that keeps the job usable
- A delivery needs somewhere for the material to stay until it is used.
- Think about access to doors, garages, parked vehicles and the work area when choosing the proposed location.
- If more than one product is arriving, identify separate receiving areas so the materials can remain distinct.
- The final unloading position depends on the vehicle access and ground conditions reviewed for the delivery.
- Leaving a pile in an accessible area, spreading material over a surface and shaping the finished ground are separate tasks.
Conditions to keep in view
- Matching the drop location to the next operation can make the material easier to use without assuming that transport includes installation, spreading or grading.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a load?
The trailer carries several cubic yards of mulch or a few tons of stone, and we size the trip to your order.
Can you spread it?
We drop and dump where the trailer reaches. Spreading and grading run through site work when you want the machine.
