Bed lines that stay crisp

Reshaped edges, fresh natural mulch and well-spaced plants make a bed look intentional. The preparation underneath is what keeps it that way.

Finished side garden with a small connected stone path, mature greenery and natural layered planting.
Layered evergreen and deciduous shrubs in a finished residential foundation garden with sensible spacing.
Close view of a clean grass-to-mulch bed edge with varied natural foliage and modest organic imperfections.

More than a fresh layer of mulch

An overgrown bed may need cleanup and reshaping before new material goes down. The scope can include hand or mechanical weed removal, clearing agreed unwanted plants, defining bed edges and installing mulch. Identify plants you want to keep so the work is planned around them.

For a new bed, tell us where it should go and how you want to use it. Planting, shrub replacement and hauling away removed material can be included when requested.

Delivery only or installed material?

If you just need mulch dropped off, use Material Delivery. For a finished bed, request preparation and installation here. The quote should identify material quantity, delivery, spreading, removal and cleanup so you know what the job covers.

What affects the price?

Bed area, current condition, access from the unloading point, edging work and the amount of material affect labor and cost. Photos of the full bed and any narrow gates help describe the job. You do not need to calculate the mulch quantity before contacting us.

Frequently asked questions

Can you refresh existing beds without replacing everything?

Yes. Identify what should stay and what needs attention. A refresh can focus on cleanup, edges and mulch around retained plants.

Can I add shrubs or other planting?

Yes. Add planting to the same request so bed preparation and installation can be planned together.

Will old mulch or unwanted plants be removed?

Removal is defined in the quote based on the bed’s condition and the agreed work. Include anything you want taken away in your request.
