Decorated Colonial at Christmas, with permanent red, green and warm-white lighting under its roofline and a fabric snowman on the lawn.

The lights go up once, beneath the gable trim, eaves, entrance canopy and garage edge. After that, Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth and game day are a scene change from your phone, chosen from 16 million RGB colors, and the rest of the year the same fixtures run a dedicated 2700K warm white from their own white LED. Installed in Elkton, Cecil County and nearby communities in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Every season, one installation

Pick the scene. The ladder stays in the garage.

Installed once beneath the gable trim, eaves, entrance canopy and garage edge. After that, Halloween, Christmas, spring and the Fourth are a scene change from your phone, and the rest of the year the same fixtures run warm white. Solid colors, alternating patterns, chases and fades; front roofline only or the whole house.

Game day

Your colors on the house before kickoff.

Set the two colors you want and the pattern you like. The lights come on at dusk, run through the game and return to warm white on the schedule you set. Any two colors, any night of the season.

  • Roofline coverage only. Porch, pergola, patio and outdoor-living runs and any custom electrical scope are reviewed and priced separately in the written quote.

  • Know your coverage before you book. 1-year Iron Elk service warranty on the installation. Iron Elk’s limited lifetime parts warranty is available to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Lifetime means the documented expected service life of each covered component, not the purchaser’s lifetime. Labor is not included in lifetime parts coverage. Written terms come with the quote.

  2. Start the quote, choose Permanent Lighting, and ask for a lighting mock-up in the project details. After you send it, text or email a clear daytime photo of the house with your name and request reference; additional views can follow the same way.
  3. We reply with a concept and the next step toward a measured quote.

Where we work

Iron Elk is based in Elkton. Permanent lighting requests are reviewed across Cecil County and selected Harford County ZIPs in Maryland, New Castle County in Delaware, and southern Chester County in Pennsylvania, including Elkton, North East, Newark and Oxford.

Availability depends on the job-site ZIP, project scope and schedule. Where the power connection requires a licensed electrician, one is coordinated as part of the work and listed in the written scope.

Frequently asked questions

Does it look like Christmas lights in July?

No. The fixtures are small down-facing lenses in a trim-matched track; by day they read as part of the fascia. In July they run a dedicated 2700K warm white from a separate white LED, or a red-white-and-blue scene for the Fourth, whichever you choose.

Can I change colors for other holidays?

Yes. Solid colors, alternating patterns, chases and fades are all set from the phone app. Orange and purple for October, red and green for December, team colors on game day, and warm white in between.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the roofline footage, the number of stories and how many peaks and gables the run follows. The schedule is confirmed in the written quote.

Can you light the trees and bushes too?

This service covers permanent fixtures mounted beneath the roofline, gables, entry canopy, garage edge and supported porch or pergola structures. It is not a landscape-lighting or tree-lighting service.
