Planting with room to grow

Evergreen structure, seasonal interest and sensible spacing, chosen for the house and the light. Replacement shrubs are matched to what stays.

Finished residential landscape with a healthy lawn, sweeping layered planting beds and mature shade trees.
Finished side garden with a small connected stone path, mature greenery and natural layered planting.
Close view of a clean grass-to-mulch bed edge with varied natural foliage and modest organic imperfections.

Start with what you want the space to do

Some projects replace a few unwanted shrubs. Others rework a foundation bed or add planting along a path. Describe the area and the result you want, including plants you would like to retain. The scope can include removal of agreed existing plants, bed preparation, new planting, mulch and cleanup.

Plant selection considers the available space, light, ground conditions and the amount of upkeep you want. You can share preferences without arriving with a complete plant list. Plant choices, sizes and quantities are confirmed as part of the quote review.

Connect planting to the rest of the project

If a walkway or patio is being installed, include adjacent planting in the same request. Planning the work together helps establish which areas need access during construction and which beds are finished afterward. Larger overgrowth removal belongs with Land Clearing, while tree requests continue through the existing tree-service review.

What shapes the quote?

Plant quantities and sizes, removal work, access, soil preparation and finishing materials affect the scope. Tell us about narrow side yards, beds beside structures or areas reached only through a gate. Photos are useful even if you are unsure what the existing plants are called.

Can you remove unwanted shrubs and plant replacements?

Yes. Identify what should come out and whether you want replacement planting in the same area. Removal and disposal are confirmed in the scope.

Can planting be included with mulch or patio work?
